Cooking class for the gourmet
Our cookery classes are provided exclusively by EBM and Miele AG. The EBM courses each have a different content focus and are run by certified course teachers. The EBM cookery courses aim to teach culinary skills from different cultures, tips and tricks on economical energy consumption, the use of new kitchen implements and nutritional science.

Registrations can only be taken by telephone for administrative reasons.
The number of participants is limited to 12 people per cookery course.
Registrations are considered upon receipt. Each cookery course costs 20 Swiss francs per person.
Registration procedure: The magazine “Strom” (Power) is sent to EBM customers within ten days. We adhere to the defined registration date so that everyone has the same opportunity to gain a place on the course. Please be patient if the lines are engaged. Demand tends to be very large.
