Electrical inspection

Electricity allows us to perform many of our daily tasks with ease. To make sure we can continue to enjoy this practical support, electrical installations have to be periodically checked.  The Federal low voltage regulation NIV 734.27  prescribes such installation checks.

EBM’s independent safety consultants are proven specialists, highly skilled in carrying out such installation inspections.

Accredited inspection centre
As an accredited inspection centre, EBM is also entitled to conduct safety checks in electrical installations with specific requirements such as sites at risk of explosion and areas used for medical purposes as well as NEMP-protected civil defence installations. EBM also supports people with a limited installation licence, such as site electricians or connection licence holders.

The principles for security inspections and the accredited inspection centre requirements are established in orders, laws and norms/regulations.
